Bill joined L.M. Henderson & Company in 1972, became a shareholder in 1979, and currently serves as president of the firm.
A 1972 graduate of Butler University in Indianapolis, Bill earned his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with a major in accounting. He is licensed by the State of Indiana as a Certified Public Accountant. For over 30 years, Bill has consulted with individual physicians, medical practices and small businesses.
Bill is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Indiana CPA Society. He currently serves on the board of directors of Sheltering Wings for Women and the Indianapolis Day Nursery Foundation. He has served as treasurer of the Indianapolis Christmas Committee and as a member of the Finance Committee for the Country Club of Indianapolis.
Bill is married, with a daughter and son, and is an active member of the Traders Point Christian Church.
